Jimmy, Good morning and I hope all is well.  My name is Jon and I am the guy that you helped out yesterday morning with the broke down trailer in Rancho Cucamonga.  I just wanted to take a quick second to thank you for always taking my calls and providing prompt service at a very reasonable rate.  When people are stranded with limited options like I was it is cool to find a company that didn’t take advantage of the situation. On a side note I cannot say enough kind words about the mechanic (Frank) that came out to help me.  He did great work in a timely manner and was cool and positive about the whole situation.  As a business owner myself I know the biggest challenge is finding good people and you have done so with Frank. I travel through So-Cal a handful of times a year and while I do not plan on breaking down if I do I know where to call.
